Executive Committee
The Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA) is a member-driven organization led by a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from our Principal member companies. The Board directs overall Association strategy, priorities, and other focus areas, and is headed by a Chair who is nominated and elected by Board representatives.
From the Board, an Executive Committee is elected, comprised of representatives from different sectors to ensure complete coverage of the hydrogen and fuel cell industry.

Jim Park – Chair
Senior Vice President, Commercial Vehicles and Hydrogen, Hyundai
Mr. Park is responsible for Hyundai’s hydrogen initiatives in North America, which include commercial vehicle sales, infrastructure development, commercialization of hydrogen, and related future mobility solutions. Park has more than three decades of experience in the automotive industry with leadership roles at both Harman-Samsung and Chrysler..
Gerry Conway – Treasurer
General Counsel, Plug Power
Mr. Conway joined Plug Power as Associate General Counsel in 2000 and was promoted to General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2004. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, he is responsible for advising the Company on legal issues such as corporate law, securities, contracts, strategic alliances and intellectual property.
Laura Parkan
Senior Vice President, Commercial Management | Large Industries & Hydrogen Energy | North America, Air Liquide
Ms. Parkan has over 30 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, engineering, and business development. She has played a significant role in developing and achieving both business and strategic objectives to increase Air Liquide’s profitability and presence in the energy market.
David Alonso
Chief Commercial Officer, HyAxiom
Mr. Alonso leads the sales, commercial operations, marketing, government affairs, and project delivery teams. A seasoned leader with 25 years of experience in the energy industry, he has a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability by building world-class sales and commercial organizations that deliver innovative solutions to customers.
Peter Tadros
President, Power Solutions, North America, Bosch
Mr. Tadros is responsible for manufacturing, engineering, finance and sales in the North American region. Since joining Bosch in 2001, Tadros has held leadership roles in program management, business development, marketing and executive business unit management in the U.S. and Germany.
Linda Dempsey
Vice President, Public Affairs, CF Industries
Ms. Dempsey is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global public affairs function. Prior to joining CF, Ms. Dempsey was vice president, international economic affairs, for the National Association of Manufacturers, and has previous experience with business associations, as a senior trade advisor on Capitol Hill and as an attorney in private practice.
Beth Deane
Chief Legal Officer, Electric Hydrogen
Deane oversees legal operations for Electric Hydrogen. Previously, she was Deputy General Counsel at Leeward Renewables, a GW-scale developer, and before that spent a decade as Chief Counsel of Project Development at First Solar.
